By downloading or using VoicePad: Voice To Text, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.
User Content
You retain all rights to the voice recordings and text content you create using VoicePad. However, you are responsible for the content you generate. You agree not to use the app to record or generate illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
AI Features
VoicePad uses Artificial Intelligence to provide transcription and rewriting services. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be 100% accurate or appropriate. You should review all generated text before using or sharing it.
Disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VoicePad or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the app.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
